Purchasing policy

• Most of the plants will be sent as bare-rooting. We take care of preparing plant and packing plant at best quality from our end.
• We will provide you the updated pictures of every packing process to make sure that the plants are healthy from my end before they be launched to courier.
• Please be reminded a plant is a living being, during transit as bare-rooted plant, some leaves may become yellowish or dropping naturally. A root-rot may inevitably happen.
• In case of unpredictable circumstances that could happen during transfering process (eg. delayed flight, custom inspection etc.), thus the customer has to consider all of these risks and please be reminded that all international orders are sent at buyer’s risk.
• No refund nor replacement in any case.
